You’re Making That Up!: Youth Improv

Kids of all skill levels can benefit from stretching their improv muscles!  In this fun, safe, supportive class, we'll play new and classic improv games that build creativity, encourage quick thinking, foster empathy, and help us become more flexible and collaborative team members.  Let's make stuff up together! Ages 8-12

Acting for Peanuts Presents: A Sally Brown Christmas

Young actors in grades 3-6 are invited to spend 12 weeks exploring theater arts every Tuesday and preparing to perform in an original play based on the Peanuts comic strips. Learn stage terminology, explore script reading and writing, play improv games, and bring the Peanuts strip to life on the Schulz Museum’s stage in the world premiere of A Sally Brown Christmas—performed for the whole family on December 7 or 8 (final performance date/time TBA).

School Sites

School programs are operated on elementary school campuses, with coordination assistance by each site (usually the school office or a parent volunteer coordinator.) Participation is limited to students currently attending the school.

Hidden Valley Elementary: Mondays
